杭州市社区老年人生活质量及影响因素分析

The Quality of Life Elderly in Community and Its Influencing Factors Analysis in Hangzhou

目的了解杭州市老年人的生活质量及其影响因素。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、纽芬兰大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对杭州市部分社区148名老年人进行问卷调查。结果男女老年人生活质量比较分析无显著性差异,进一步相关和逐步回归分析均表明,生活质量评定量表的物质生活功能维度与社会支持量表的主观支持、幸福度量表的总幸福度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);生活质量评定量表的生活质量总分与支持总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01);正性体验(PE)和正性情感(PA)对躯体功能维度具有预测作用,负性情感(NA)对心理功能维度具有预测作用,年龄、负性体验(NE)、药费支付和支持利用对社会功能维度具有预测作用,负性体验(NE)、支持总分、职业和药费支付对物质功能维度具有预测作用,文化、药费支付和负性情感(NA)对生活质量总分具有预测作用。结论针对影响社区老年人生活质量的因素采取必要的干预措施,对提高社区老年人的生存质量水平具有更重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE In order to understand the quality of life of older people in Hangzhou and its influencing factors. METHODS The use of general quality of life questionnaire（GQOLI-74）, University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness（MUNSH）, social support rating scale（SSRS）of Hangzhou, 148 elderly people in some of the community conducted a questionnaire survey. RESULTS Elderly men and women a comparative analysis of the quality of life was no significant difference. Further correlation and stepwise regression analysis show that, quality of life rating scale functional dimensions of material life and social support scale of subjective support, Happy Scale total happiness degree was negatively correlated（P〈0.01）; Quality of Life Rating Scale total score and support the quality of life scores were significantly correlated（P〈0.01）; Positive experienee（PE）and positive emotion（PA）with dimensions of physical function prediction role of negative affect （NA）on the psychological function of the dimension with the role of prediction, age, negative sexual experiences（NE）, drugs to pay and support the use of the social function of the dimension with the role of prediction, negative sexual experiences （NE）, in support of total, occupation, medication to pay for material and functional role of the dimension with the prediction, culture, drugs payment, negative affect（NA） of Total quality of life with the role of prediction. CONCLUSION Takes the essential intervention measure in view of the influence community senior citizen quality of life factor, raises the community senior citizen＇s survival quality level to have a morevital significance.
