肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿肺透明膜病25例疗效观察

Observing the Effect o f Pulmonary Surfactant to Prevent Hyaline Membrane Disease

目的探讨肺表面活性物质(PS)治疗新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)的疗效。方法将2008年1月—2009年12月我科收住的50例早产极低出生体重儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。实验组在生后6～24h内应用肺表面活性物质;对照组不应用肺表面活性物质,通过用药后20h(或约生后24h)X线片的表现与上呼吸机时间、并发症的比较分析,评价PS预防和治疗HMD的疗效。结果两组病例在使用呼吸机天数、住院天数和死亡率方面有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论 PS应用于早产极低出生体重儿可以积极预防HMD的发生,减少并发症,降低早产极低出生体重儿的死亡率。

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of the application to the premature children, low birth weight children with hyaline membrane disease by applying pulmonary surfactant（PS）. METHODS Select 50 cases of preterm extremely low birth weight were randomly divided into real risks group and control group in 2008 to 2009, and each group of 25 cases. In the group within 6 - 24 hours after lung surface active substances used. No application in lung, through the surface active material after 20 hours （or about 24 hours after the birth）X of diagnosis and on time, the ventilator complications of comparative analysis, evaluation PS HMD prevention and treatment. RESULTS Two groups in the ventilator number, number and mortality has significant difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION PS applied to premature extremely low birth weight can positively prevent and reduce the complications occurred the HMD premature, reduce extremely low birth weight of mortality.
