摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对哮喘患儿康复干预的临床效果。方法:将54例哮喘患儿按就诊日期随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予健康教育。结果:观察组患儿在哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数低于对照组(P<0.01),PEF好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患儿及家属进行健康教育工作,对患儿的康复有重要作用。
Objective : To explore the effect of health education on the asthma children. Methods : 54 asthma children were randomly divided into observation and control groups according to the date of hospital visiting. The control group were treated by the routine treatment, and the observation group were treated by the routine treatment and health education. Results: Observation group was lower than the control group in asthma attacks times, emergency visits, and the times of hospitali- zation (P 〈 0.01 ). PEF of observation group was higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Health education could play an important role in the recovery of asthma children.
