摘要
目的:总结非手术治疗腹部闭合性损伤脾破裂的经验。方法:对以往经治的外伤性脾破裂25例作回顾性分析。结果:25例病人23例治愈,2例中转手术后治愈。结论:严格选择适应症及严密的动态监测是非手术治疗成功的关键。
Objective： To summarize the experience of the non-surgical treatment of splenetic rupture in blunt abdominal trauma. Methods ： The traumatic rupture of spleen 25 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： 23 cases were cured, 2 patients were cured after surgery transit. Conclusion： Strict indications selection and dynamic monitoring was key to success for non-surgical treatment of the disease.
