鹅MTTP基因多态性与脂质指标和屠体性状的相关研究

Polymorphism of MTTP Gene and Its Association with Lipid Metabolism and Carcass Traits in Geese

摘要 利用PCR-SSCP技术检测四川白鹅(n=24)和朗德鹅(n=33)MTTP基因的第8、18和21外显子的多态性,计算基因频率和基因型频率,并将发现的多态性与鹅肝脂质指标和屠体性状进行关联分析,研究MTTP基因多态性与鹅肝脂质指标和屠体性状的相关关系。结果发现,鹅MTTP基因第21外显子130 bp处存在G→A突变,该突变位点在朗德鹅群体中表现出AA和BB 2种基因型,AA基因型鹅的肝脂质指标和屠体性状与BB基因型个体差异不显著(P>0.05);在四川白鹅群体中仅存在BB基因型,鹅MTTP基因的该突变位点对鹅肝脂质指标和屠体性状的影响不显著。 The polymorphism of Mierosomal triglyeeride transfer protein (MTTP)gene and its association with lipid metabolism and carcass traits in geese were studied in this paper. Sichuan geese (n=24)and Landes geese (n=33)of 16 weeks age under identical feeding condition were selected. The PCR-SSCP was employed to detect the polymorphisms of MTTP exon8,exon18 and exon21. The allelic frequencies,genotype frequencies and the association between the polymorphisms and lipid metabolism, carcass traits were estimated. One G→A mutation at the position of 130 bp of MTTP gene exon21 was found. Two genotypes (AA and BB)were detected in Landes geese. The difference of the lipid metabolism and carcass traits in AA genotype Landes geese was not significantly compared with that in BB genotype(P〉 0.05). There was only BB genotype in Sichuan geese. It suggested that the mutation in MTTP gene had no significant effects on the lipid metabolism and carcass traits.
