摘要
中华民族的陶瓷和酒文化溯源悠久。一诗一酒透醇香,酒器制造的历史,包括陶瓷酒器的历史也源远流长。酒器不仅是酒的载体,也是酒文化的体现。本文通过陶瓷酒器的历史发展过程,探讨陶瓷用作酒器的适宜性。
China brewed wine since ancient times,has a long history in wine-brewing and production of ceramic win container.A container is not a vessel,but a kind of wine culture.This paper tries to explore adaptability of ceramic in wine vessel through introducing the development of ceramic wine container.
