With the methods of literature review,interviewing method and logical deduction,the article researched the Living Environment of Taiwan businessmen in Fujian province deeply,in order to cultivate and improve the Taiwan businessmen soft investment environment.It turned out that sports activities are the important components of the Taiwan businessmen Casual Living.Trying to improve and innovate the Taiwan businessmen soft investment environment,the building and development of the situation of mastering physical knowledge are indispensable.On the special political and background,the functions and status of sports must be advanced,make the soft investment environment in the western strait more harmonious and full of vigor and vitality.
