Sunlight Sports' Impact on College Students Physical Health

为了正确引导体育教师指导学生进行体育锻炼,增强学生的体质水平,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验对比法、逻辑分析法对仰恩大学2007级、2008级、2009级新生体质健康标准测试的数据进行简要分析,结果表明:学生体质的优秀率逐年降低,良好的比率相对增高,总的合格率有提高。因此,实施阳光体育运动对学生体质健康的作用是显著的。

To guide the gym instructor coach pupils to carry on the physical training correctly,strengthens student physique level,this article utilizes the literature material law,the mathematical method of average,the experiment correlation method,the logical analytic method to supine graciousness university 2007,2008,2009 of new student physique health standard test data to carry on the summary analysis.And it finally indicated：the student physique outstanding rate reduces year by year,the good ratio relative markup and the total qualified rate have enhanced.Therefore,the implementation of sunlight sports to the student physique health is obvious.
