四川省高校课外体育俱乐部管理问题的研究

A Research on Several Problems of Extracurricular P.E.Club Management in Sichuan University

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对四川省高校课外体育俱乐部管理进行研究。结果表明:四川地区高校课外体育俱乐部在成员管理、经费管理、师资配置、目标管理、活动开展和课外体育俱乐部管理人员的任免等方面还存在一些问题。针对以上问题,提出了完善四川地区高校课外体育俱乐部管理的建设与监管,师资配置规范化等途径。

According to the investigation on the extracurricular P.E club development status of universities in Sichuan,we find that there are some problems,such as member management,selection of teachers,monetary management,target management, activities holding and the appointment or removal of extracurricular sports clubs management.So the author of this essay analyzed the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures,to offer some reference to the development of extracurricular P.E.club in universities.
