摘要
根据高强度汽车大梁钢的特点和要求,通过制定合理的化学成分和生产工艺,采用铌钛微合金化成分设计以及控轧控冷技术,成功开发700MPa级热轧汽车大梁用钢。同时对该钢的组织形态和析出相分布与形貌进行了研究分析。结果表明,产品的力学性能和成型性能良好,均满足制造高强度汽车大梁的要求。
According to the characteristics and requirements of high strength steel for automotive frame, via the drawing up Of rational chemical compositions and manufacturing process, including Nb-Ti micro alloying and controlled rolling and cooling technology, 700 MPa high strength automobile frame steel was developed successfully. A studying analysis of the structural morphology, distribution of precipitate phase of the steel is made, with the result showing that it's fine in mechanical properties and forming performance that can all meet the requirements in making high strength automotive frame
