摘要
通过对大型热轧H型钢切割开裂的机理进行分析,提出了从连铸过程、异型坯的形状、轧制过程、钢种成分和显微组织以及切割过程进行控制的相关措施,较好地解决了大型热轧H型钢切割过程中产生的开裂。
By analyzing the mechanisms of cracking in heavy hot-rolled H-beam due to cutting, relevant measures in continuous casting process, beam blank shape, rolling process, steel composition and microstructure as well as cutting process control were advanced, preferably settling the problem of cracking in heavy hot-rolled H-beam due to cutting.
