提出我国垃圾处理应转变观念，走有偿服务之路；转换机制，走多种经营之路；采用联合处理工艺，走资源化综合治理之路，同时对多种经营提供了一些可行的措施。

The paper pointed out that the opinion on solid waste treatment should be changed, con-verting it from compulsory duty to non-gratuitous service, promoting diversified economy and adoptingcomprehensive treatment process. Moreover, the paper also proposed some viable approaches for a diver-sified economy.
