摘要
以入级DNV的海洋钻井船钢结构平板对接焊缝为例,介绍了海洋工程钢结构焊缝超声波检测方法的相关要求以及检测的主要流程和技术要点。结果表明,超声波检测方法能够有效检测海洋工程钢结构焊缝中存在的缺陷。
In this paper,for case of entry-level DNV＇s offshore drilling vessel steel construction plate butt weld,a marine engineering steel construction weld ultrasonic testing requirements and test methods related to the main processes and technical issues involved is introduced.The results show that ultrasonic detection methods can effectively detect the defects of the marine engineering steel construction weld.
