易爆品属于高能量、亚稳态的物质,一旦发生爆炸,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。而能量的意外释放是导致事故发生的根本原因,运用事故致因论中的"能量释放论",将能量的意外释放视为事故发生的突变点,提出了能量释放前后的安全对策。
The explosive product is high energy and metastable material.Once it explodes,it cause people and asset loss.The energy release is the main causes for the accidents.It uses the energy release theory and puts the energy release as the catastrophe point to offer safety counter-measures.
