摘要 从热力学第二定律角度分析透平膨胀过程中降的构成,对管输天然气做功能力进行理论分析,得出了温度、压力、化学的计算方法和透平膨胀输出轴功极限能力的评价因子。在理论分析的基础上,进一步给出了现有的基于冷电联产的联合循环方式,从机电一体化角度提出了该领域基于总能系统理论的多学科的研究思路。 The pressure of the gas must be reduced,where valuable pressure energy is lost to the environment.By now,only a few research has been done which study mechanical energy capture systematically.In this paper,a kind of factor method to evaluate the turbine's ability to do work is introduced based on exergy analysis of natural gas turbine.By the aid of the comprehensive exergy analysis,turbine output shaft power ratio of the total exergy drop has been given,And also the amount of available work that can be produced from capturing the pressure energy has been calculated.In conclusion,a combined cycle system has been proposed to capture pressure energy of natural gas to generate electricity.and a technical prospect on recoverable natural gas pressure energy has been presented based on total energy system and mechatronic theory.
