摘要
由于受到主体材料含水率等众多因素的影响,墙体的传热系数检测面临着一个难点,即如何确定传热系数检测的最佳时间。本文提出利用微波湿度测试系统对墙体主体材料的质量含湿度值进行标定,对实际墙体漫长的自然风干过程进行微小破坏的湿度跟踪测试,以便确定其达到湿平衡的时间和规律,为寻找出测量传热系数的最佳时机提供理论依据。
Due to the moisture content of the main materials and many other factors,the testing of the wall heat transfer coefficient has faced a difficulty,how to determine the best time to test the heat transfer coefficient.This article proposes the use of microwave moisture measuring system with the weight of the wall of the main material humidity calibration,made a minor breakage to the actual wall and detect it's humidity with a long natural drying process,In order to determine the time and discipline for the wall to reach Humidity equilibrium,finally,to find the best timing of the transfer coefficient testing.
