摘要
通过对邯钢燃气蒸汽联合循环电站的详细剖析,并以邯钢CCPP工艺为基础,探讨在钢铁公司中对烧结工序两种余热源与高炉二次能源综合利用的可行性;通过对双压三进口余热发电锅炉发明专利的引入,拟定了集成发电CCPP工艺初步设计改进方案,最后对方案进行了初步的计算与分析,其结果可为钢铁公司二次能源的高效集成利用提供参考。
Through the detailed analysis of Gas Steam Combined Cycle Power Plant and based on the craft of CCPP of Handan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd,the comprehensive utilization feasibility of two waste heat sources from sintering process and the secondary energy of blast furnace in the iron & steel company was discussed.By introducing the patent of the HRSG with two pressure and three entrances,the improvement program for preliminary design of the Combined-Cycle Power Plant craft for integrated electricity generation is drawn up,then the initial computational analysis is carried on the program,and the results can provide reference for high efficiency integrated utilization of secondary energy in Iron & Steel Company.
