摘要 经历了十多年的发展,大学生到村任职工作,从一种探索逐步形成一种制度。大学生村官为我国农村发展带来了新的生机和活力,但是在实际工作中仍然存在很多问题。这些问题产生的最主要的原因是在制度设计中各主体之间的价值冲突。完善大学生村官制度,必须整合各种主体之间的价值判断与选择,形成合力,才能最大限度地体现大学生村官制度在我国经济社会发展中的独特价值。 Over the last decade, the idea of appointing graduates as village officials has developed into a system from an attempt at the outset. Such officials have brought vitality and vigor to the local developments despite the fact that some problems are virtually identified. The prime cause lies in the system design and value conflicts among all the groups involved. In an attempt to improve the system of village officials held by graduates, it is crucial to form a resultant force by taking into account the value judgment and choices of all the involving groups. By doing so, this system can play a significant role in China' s economic and social developments.
