一个企业要在日益严峻的竞争环境中立于不败之地关键在于人,而要留住人才,必须要构建合理的薪酬管理模式。某国有商业银行A支行在实践科学发展观活动时,制定了新的薪酬管理制度,其经验值得借鉴。企业应运用科学发展观,科学管理企业薪酬,从而推进企业自身发展。
As for an enterprise, the key to the success in the increasingly competitive environment consists in talents. A scientific salary management system is of great importance to retaining talents. In the course of carrying out the scientific outlook on development, Sub - branch A of Bank of China devised a novel salary management system worthy of popularization. To facilitate its development, an enterprise should introduce a scientific salary management system by following the scientific outlook on development.
