摘要 A-H-CDIO培养模式,综合了CDIO与EIP-CDIO人才培养模式的精髓,体现了应用型本科院校工程人才培养目标。A-H-CDIO人才培养模式,以大工程教育观和学科基本结构理论为依据,以工程项目设计为导向,以学生的工程素质为核心,以人文艺术修养为外在推动器,力求将学生塑造成为既懂工程知识、技能,又能固守一定道德原则,具有创新思维和人格魅力的工程师。 By studying the essence of talent cultivation modes, i.e. , CDIO and EIP- CDIO, this paper proposes a new mode of cultivating talents A - H - CDIO to cultivate engineering talents at application - oriented colleges. Based on the education coneept of broad engineering and the theory regarding basic structure of a subject, directed by engineering project designing and driven by developing students' humanistic art properties, A - H - CDIO considers students' engineering abilities as its core. At the same time, it attempts to cultivate innovative engineers with personality charm who are well - versed in engineering and technologies and adhere to some moral principles as well.
