Inspecting Vehicle Suspension Efficiency by Adopting Methods of Frequency Scanning and Quasi Impulse

摘要 分别采用基于扫频激励和拟脉冲激励的汽车悬架振动实验台检测汽车悬架效率.分析这两种悬架振动实验台的结构组成和工作原理,给出了悬架效率的统一计算方法,实施了悬架效率检测实验.这两种汽车悬架振动实验台检测的结果仅相差6.1%,表明基于扫频法或拟脉冲法的检测结果具有可比性. The vehicle suspension efficiency was inspected by using suspension vibration rigs which were built based on frequency scanning excitation and quasi impulse excitation.Then the stucture composition and working principle of the two rigs were analyzed.A common method used to calculate suspension efficiency was presented and experiments to inspect the suspension efficiency were carried out.The inspected results show that there is a minor difference,i.e.,6.1%,between the two rigs,indicating that the two results are comparable.
