摘要
为了了解建筑节能设计实践中存在的问题和困难,探讨怎样设计和建造良好的节能建筑,本文编制了建筑师调查量表,采用直接问卷、网上问卷、对象专访等方式调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析研究.结果显示:建筑师很难更改对建筑能耗有影响的建筑选址问题;体型系数要求是建筑师面临的一个难题;建筑师很重视外墙保温技术、对节能窗技术的认知度很高.
An architectural questionnaire was designed to identify the problems and difficulties in the design practice of architectural energy saving and to explore how to design and build better energy saving architectures.A number of methods were adopted,for example,direct questionnaire,direct questionnaire and interviews,and the results were statistically analyzed.The results show that architects have difficulty changing a building site which has something to do with building energy comsumption;the shape coefficient is a problem posed to architects;architects pay special attention to external wall insulation technology,and have a sound knowledge of energy saving about window technology.
