ILK和MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌中的表达 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌血清中ILK和MMP-9的表达在肿瘤侵袭转移过程中的作用机制。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定。结果 (1)肺癌血清中ILK和MMP-9的含量明显高于对照组,且两者间存在正相关性。(2)Ⅲ+Ⅳ期肺癌血清ILK、MMP-9显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,有淋巴结转移者血清ILK-1和MMP-9含量较无淋巴结转移者显著增高。结论 ILK-1、MMP-9可作为了解肺癌侵袭和转移辅助诊断的指标。
