中国共产党维护和巩固执政合法性的探索历程

The Validity Base of Chinese Communist Party's Ruling Since the Founding of China

政治合法性关系到执政党执政地位的稳固与政治秩序的安定。新中国成立以后,中国共产党为维护和巩固自己的执政的合法性基础做出了不懈的探索,其历程大致可分为合法性基础培育、流失、重构、丰富等四个时期。回顾建国以来党政治合法性基础的变迁历程,我们可以得出几点最基本的历史经验,这也是永葆党的执政地位,增强党的执政能力所必须遵循的执政规律,即应不断创新意识形态,用意识形态的先进性维系合法性;始终关注人民群众的根本利益,用执政的有效性生成合法性;积极开发制度、程序和法律合法性资源,用制度创新巩固合法性。

The political validity determines the ruling position of the party in power and the stability of the political order.Since the founding of the new China,the Chinese Communist Party has untiringly explored its validity in power to maintain and solidify its ruling.The course could be divided into four periods,namely,the cultivation of validity base,losing,reconstruction and enrichment.The zigzag course provides us with rich experiences.Summarizing this experience will help us build the undergoing construction of validity of Chinese Communist Party＇s ruling.
