C臂机监视下微创钢板内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折68例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨C臂机监视下微创钢板内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006-01-2009-12 C臂机监视下微创钢板内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折68例,其中男41例,女27例。按Schatzker分型:Ⅰ型14例,Ⅱ型35例,Ⅲ型19例。结果 68例随访6~24个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合。患膝按照Lysholm膝关节评分标准,优61例,良5例,可2例,无差病例,总优良率97%。结论 C臂监视下微创插入钢板内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折复位满意,固定可靠,关节功能恢复快、恢复好,并发症少,治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折有优越性。
