在新一轮土地利用总体规划修编中,土地需求预测是一个重点和难点。基于G IS平台设计的土地需求预测信息系统(LDFIS)具有标准化、实用性强、操作简便、多模型预测和可扩展性等特点,解决了土地需求预测指标与空间分布分割问题,实现预测结果与空间定位分析一体化,为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编人员进行土地需求预测与评价时提供一种科学、快捷的辅助工具。

The land demand forecast is an important and difficult problem in the new plan of the utilization of land.The LDFIS,based on the GIS platform,is well established with its standardization,practicability,simple operation,multimodal-forecasting and expandability.It is a handy and scientific aid for the general plan staff to forecast and evaluate the land demand,and to separate its index from the space spreading.
