摘要
全国大学英语四六级考试委员会于2008年12月试点推出了首次四级网络化考试,从2009年开始该考试在包括广西在内的全国高校大范围推广,这对于广西各高校来说,既是一个挑战,也是大力发展大学英语教学的良好机会。各高校要积极采取措施,加强对学生听力和语音的训练,提高学生的网考应试技术,提前作好应对的准备。
The Intemet-Based CET-4 was firstly developed by National College English Testing Committee in December 2008 and it will be popularized in China from 2009. It is not only a challenge but also a great opportunity for college English teaching in Guangxi. The author suggests that the listening and pronunciation teaching and the training of exam skills should be strengthened in order to better prepare for the test.
