地方高校辅导员和形势与政策教育课关系刍议

On the Relationship between Counselors and Teaching of Current Event Politic in Regional University

目前很多地方高校政工干部(以辅导员为主)承担了部分形势与政策教育课教学任务。由于思想上的忽视和自身工作性质等原因,目前辅导员上形势课效果不容乐观;要想上好形势课,无论是学校还是辅导员自身都必须重视,把形势课当做对学生进行思想政治教育的重要平台。辅导员要注意提高自身政治修养,拓展知识面,做好充分准备,多跟学生沟通,对症下药,并不断更新上课的形式,结合社会实践,对学生进行有力的引导。

At present,the task of teaching current event politic has been undertaken by the counselors in many regional universities,but the teaching effects are not very good because of the ignorance and the feature of job.Therefore,both the university and counselors should pay great attention on the teaching of current event politic and regard it as an important platform for the students＇ ideological and political education.In addition,the counselors should heighten their political cultivation and get ready to be a powerful guidance of students.
