摘要
目的筛选出较为可靠的细胞因子作为增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床检测指标。方法对23例增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者和24例新鲜的孔源性视网膜脱离患者外周血和玻璃体液中转化生长因子β2(TGF—β2),白细胞介素8(IL-8),以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者(试验组)的玻璃体液中的VEGF和IL-8浓度与对照组相比均明显增高,而TGF.B:浓度明显低于对照组[试验组TGF-β2、IL-8、VEGF水平分别为(69.53±2.94)、(95.23±6.55)、(45.39±4.86)μg/L,对照组分别为(87.32±3.21)、(77.42±5.03)、(37.784-2.09)μg/L,P〈0.01或P〈0.05]。试验组外周静脉血中IL-8浓度(94.91±7.37)μg/L,高于对照组的(77.42±5.03)μg/L。只有玻璃体与血清中IL-8呈明显正相关(r=0.9522,P〈0.01)。结论IL-8有可能成为增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床检测指标之一。
Objective To screen cytosine as a reliable clinical factor for prognosing development of proliferatives diabetic retinopathy(PDR). Methods Levels of transforming growth factor β2 (TGF-β2), interleukin (IL- 8) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in both blood and vitreous of patients with PDR were evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the control, VEGF and IL-8 in vitreous and IL-8 in blood of PDR patients increased significantly. TGF-β2 decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a significant positive correlation of IL-8 between vein blood and vitreous (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions IL-8 may be a clinical factor for proliferation in diabetic retinopathy.
