摘要
大学乃"大师"汇集之所,人力资源是大学的第一资源,高层次人力资源是其中的精华部分,在大学高层次人力资源管理中,激励方法的更新完善具有特别重要的意义。在构建大学高层次人力资源激励方法的过程中,论述"和"的价值和现实功用,让中国传统智慧在应用中回归现代,让中国优秀传统文化与现代文化组织充分对接,是和谐思维方式在特定范围内的运用,是文化自觉的体现,也是管理创新的需要。文章简要分析了"和"文化的特性,指出了大学高层次人力资源激励中存在的问题,提出了以"和"为导向完善大学高层次人力资源激励的方法。
University is an institute of the collection of"great masters",and human resources are the university's first resources,with the top level human resources as its excellent part.Hence,in the university top level human resources management,updating its incentive mechanism is vitally important.In constructing top-level human resources incentive mechanism in colleges and universities,the concept"harmony"should have its unique place.It is the application of Chinese traditional thinking mode in modern cultural organization,an embodiment of cultural awareness,and also the need of our management innovation.This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of Chinese"harmony"culture,points out the problems in the present university top-level human resources incentive mechanisms,and suggests some methods on how to improve them.
