发展现代农业,提高农业综合生产能力是党的十七届三中全会提出的目标,临沧是一个典型的山地型农业地区,发展现代农业有一定的地理特殊性。所以,发展现代农业既要遵循一般规律,又要立足临沧实际。
To boost agricultural comprehensive ability is the goal brought about in the third plenary of the 17th Congress. Lincang is a typical mountainous area, so we must keep up to the natural rules and to develop based the reality.
