The Status and Prospect of Roll Banding Process for Section Bar

型材滚弯成形工艺在飞机弯曲件的制造中得到了非常广泛的应用。针对型材的滚弯成形从工艺特点、成形设备、研究现状和研究展望四个方面进行了阐述。提出了若干需着重研究的基础性问题和今后研究发展的方向,并对型材滚弯成形的发展趋势进行了展望。

The application of roll banding process in the manufacture of aircraft bent parts have very widely used. Aiming at roll forming process,the research status has been introduced from the following four aspects： technological characteristics, forming equipment, research status and prospect. A number of fundamental problems and developing direction in the future research have been proposed, which prospects the developing trend of the future on roll bending process.
