摘要
本文对造成滑动轴承发热的原因进行了探讨,并提出设计上和结构上的解决方案。在设计上可采用可靠性设计,在结构上进行改进。具体方法有:对滑动轴承热平衡进行干预、改变滑动轴承润滑状态、采用组合轴承以及更换为滚动轴承等。
The reason for heating of the sliding bearing has been discussed in the text, and the solving project in design and structure has been put forward with reliable design and improved structure. The project is conducted by intervening the thermo balance of the sliding bearing and changing the lubrication status of the sliding bearing,as well as changing the combined bearing into the rolling bearing, etc.
