摘要
汽车零件拉深成形模具设计是汽车工业中的关键技术,在中国汽车工业快速扩张的时期,CAD/CAE/CAM技术在产品开发与制造设计中的全面应用对于缩短开发的周期、缩减开发费用以提高竞争力等变得至关重要。本文应用CAD技术设计了某车型尾门内板拉深成形模具型面,并采用CAE技术对拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,进一步反馈和指导了模具设计的合理性.
Drawing die design is key technology in automotive industry. CAD/CAE technologies play more and more important role to help automakers reduce the product development timing and cost, also improve their competitive capability. Drawing die surface design of one auto lift gate inner panel is introduced by applying CAD technology, and the drawing feasibility is also evaluated by CAE technology to improve the die design process.
