摘要 分析了铝合金拉杆的热挤压成形工艺及模具设计。新工艺采用杆部反挤头部正挤的复合热挤压工艺进行生产,使材料利用率和生产率大大提高。运用Deform-2D软件对铝合金拉杆零件热成形过程进行了数值模拟,通过数值模拟获得铝合金拉杆挤压过程中材料内部温度场、应变场、塑性应变场等参数的变化规律。实际生产试验结果表明,对棒料进行热挤压成形是可行的。 The hot extrusion process and die design of aluminum alloy rod have been analyzed in the text. The new hot extrusion technology which uses bar backward extrusion and head forward extrusion has been adopted, so that the material utilization and production efficiency have been greatly improved. The Deform-2D software has been carried out to numerically simulate the hot extrusion forming process of aluminum alloy. Through the numerical simulation of extrusion process of aluminum alloy rod, the changes of the material internal temperature field, strain field, and the plastic strain field parameters have been obtained. The practical test results show that the rod can be extruded by hot extrusion forming.
