摘要
介绍了ANSYS有限元分析中等效温度法的预紧原理;推导了预紧力与温度差之间的线性关系,并通过简单模型的有限元分析对该关系进行了验证。给出了联接件和被联接件的刚度比已知与未知两种情况下温度差的计算方法。
The pre-tensional principle of effect equivalent temperature method has been introduced in ANSYS finite element analysis. The linear relationship between pre-tensional force and the difference of temperature has been deducted, which has been proved by a finite element analysis of a simple model. Two calculation methods of temperature difference have been given in the text for both the stiffness proportion known and unknown.
