摘要
针对航空发动机纸质技术手册的存储与效率问题,提出了一种基于美国国防部系列标准以及欧洲的S1000d标准的航空发动机IETM制作方法。基于标准的制作方法提高了技术资料的共享性,解决了航空发动机IETM跨平台的使用问题;构造了三层的数据库结构和技术资料的模块化结构,可以提高技术资料的重用性与一致性,采用规范的模块编码机制提高了技术信息的维护性;设计了数据与格式相分离的方法,优化了显示效果,并且降低了技术资料编写人员的工作难度。在此基础上,开发了某型号航空发动机IETM,并已在现场获得成功应用。
As for improving the efficiency and storage of technical manual of aero-engine, a new method is proposed to make IETM according to serial standards of American Defense and Europe＇s S1000d. This method：improves the compatibility of documents and makes the ITEM be used in any platform; constructs a module containing threelayer database and documents and makes the system maintained easily; optimizes the display effect and lows the difficult of writing technical manual with the help of separation of data and format. The IETM based on this method has been applied successfully on a certain type of aero engine.
