摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明,有关其发病机制有β-淀粉样蛋白级联假说、Tau蛋白假说、神经血管学说和氧化应激学说等多种。本文就现有较公认的发病机制研究进展作一综述。 With the unclear pathogenesis, several hypotheses about the pathogenesis of AD, such as the β-amyloid cascade theory, Tau protein hypothesis, neurovascular theory, oxidative stress theory, etc. were proposed. This review describes recent important findings of potential relevance to the pathogenesis of AD.
