摘要 促认知药物用以改善患者认知功能或延缓认知功能的衰退。本文参考Cochrane Library资料库(2010年第1期)中"Cochrane Dementia and Cognitive Improvement Group"的系统综述,对国内外有关阿尔茨海默病(AD)的促认知药物治疗进行归纳概括,以期为AD的药物治疗提供参考。 Cognitive enhancer can improve cognitive function and delay the decline of cognitive function in Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）patients. Followed a review, ＂Cochrane Dementia and Cognitive Improvement Group＂, this review describes the domestic and overseas researches on cognitive enhancer, in order to provide reference for the treatment of AD in clinic.
