Developments of atypical antipsychotics for long-term treatment in schizophrenia

摘要 精神分裂症是一组病因未明的精神疾病,具有思维、情感、行为等多方面障碍及精神活动不协调。长程治疗可以显著减少精神分裂症的复发,而非典型抗精神病药物是目前治疗精神分裂症的一线药物。本文就近年非典型抗精神病药物在精神分裂症长程治疗中的疗效评价研究进行综合分析。 Schizophrenia is a serious and complex mental illness which cause remains unknown. It displays a widely variable symptom profile with positive, negative or depressive symptoms and cognitive deficits. Long-term treatment can decrease the risk of relapse. Atypical antipsychotics are currently the recommended first-line treatment for schizophrenia. This review describes the developments of atypical antipsychotics for long-term treatment in schizoohrenia.
