汉江流域襄樊段综合开发研究

从地理位置、自然资源、农业、工业和物流等方面分析了汉江流域襄樊段综合开发承载能力和综合开发影响因素。提出了尽快实施"三北水源"工程以提高粮食生产能力、在襄樊建设优质小麦原种繁育基地、将汉江中下游水利现代化建设试点工程纳入国家重点建设项目并尽快实施、将汉江中下游纳入南水北调中线工程水源地生态补偿范围等汉江流域襄樊段综合开发的保障措施和对策建议。

The bearing capacity of comprehensive development in Hanjiang Valley of Xiangfan and effect factors are analyzed based on geographical position,natural resources,agriculture,industry and circulation.The paper offers countermeasure and suggestion： putting the ＂sanbei item＂ into effect,boosting the production ability of food and establishing high grade wheat-breeding base.
