剖析了小型制粉机组与大型制粉工艺设备相比较所具的优势以及不足之处,有针对性地提出改进措施,使小型制粉机组能在原来的基础上相应提高面粉的档次及出粉率。
Methods are put forward to improve flour quality and extraction of a small-scale flour millig unit,based on an analysis of its advantages and disadvantages compared with the large-scale flour mill.
