摘要
介绍了近年来对细胞内Ca2+平衡机制的研究成果。重点陈述了Ca2+的升高机制和Ca2+的降低机制以及Ca2+池和Ca2+缓冲系统的作用机理。在Ca2+升高机制中介绍了内质网或肌浆网膜上的Ca2+释放通道(IP3受体和Ryr通道)和细胞膜上的Ca2+流入的通道(三种),在降低机制中介绍了Ca2+泵和Na+/Ca2+交换子。同时也提到了Ca2+缓冲系统。
The author has mainly discusses the mechanism of cellular calcium homeostasis, particularly Ca 2+ increasing, Ca 2+ -decreasing, and Ca 2+ -buffering mechanisms. The author intruduces IP 3 receptor channels, ryanodine channels and several plasma membrane calcium channels. At meantime, the author also presents Ca 2+ -pump and Na + /Ca 2+ exchangers.
