摘要
针对混合型多属性决策问题,本文提出一种E-VIKOR方法。首先,描述了区间数和模糊数形式信息及相关概念,并介绍了VIKOR方法的基本原理;然后,给出了混合型多属性决策问题的问题描述,并给出了求解该问题的E-VIKOR方法的原理与步骤,通过最大化群效用和最小化个体遗憾来对有限决策方案进行的折衷排序,从而选择出最优方案。最后,通过一个实例分析说明了本文所给方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to solve hybrid multiple attribute decision making problems,an E-VIKOR method is proposed.Firstly,the information in the format of interval numbers and fuzzy numbers and corresponding concepts are described,and the basic essential of the VIKOR method is introduced.Then,the problem on hybrid multiple attribute decision making is described,and the principles and steps of the proposed E-VKIOR method are presented.By maximizing the group utility and minimizing the individual regret,the compromise ranking-list of these alternatives is determined to select the optimal one(s).Finally,an application is given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
