摘要 β淀粉样蛋白沉积激活小胶质细胞(MG)引起的炎性反应是阿尔茨海默病的核心病理机制之一。作为脑内的免疫效应细胞,MG既具有保护神经元作用,也能释放大量促炎性因子和细胞毒素等导致神经元损伤、死亡。现着重阐述了MG在阿尔茨海默病发病机制中的免疫损伤和神经保护作用。 β-amyloid peptide sedimentation activated microglial cells cause the inflammation in Alzheimer′s disease is one of the core pathological mechanisms.As the immune cells in the brain, microglial cells have the neuroprotective effects and promote the release of inflammatory factors and cytotoxins leading to neuronal injuries and death.The paper elaborates immune injuries and neural protective effects of microglial cells in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer′s disease.
