摘要
雌激素受体有α、β两种亚型。它们是由独立的基因转录翻译表达的核受体蛋白,并与前列腺癌的发生和肿瘤的进展有关。前列腺癌的发病率在逐年上升,对于其发病原因及机制也一直是研究热点。近年来对β亚型的研究逐渐增多,现从雌激素受体α、β亚型(侧重β亚型)的结构、特性和对基因表达的调节以及与前列腺癌的关系等方面进行综述。
Estrogen receptor （ ER） has two subtypes,such as alpha and beta.The nuclear receptor proteins that are transcripted,translated and expressed by independent genes are associated with the occurrence of prostate cancer and the progress of tumor.The incidence of prostate cancer is rising year by year and its etiology and pathogenesis are always highlights of research.In recent years,the research on the beta subtype is increasing.For the estrogen receptor alpha/beta subtypes of structure （mainly on ERβ） ,the characteristics, the regulation of gene expression and the relationship with prostate cancer were reviewed in this article.
