摘要
细胞周期酶的异常表达会导致细胞周期的循环加速和非正常增殖,这与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。NIMA相关蛋白激酶(Nek)作为细胞周期调控的正性蛋白,调节微管的功能,促进细胞有丝分裂。与正常组织相比,Nek家族在很多恶性肿瘤中都存在高表达、异位表达或基因变异,其异常会导致细胞周期调控异常,进而引起肿瘤的发生。
The abnormal expression of cell cycle kinases will lead to the acceleration of cell cycle and over-proliferation,further leading to the occurrence of tumor.NIMA-related kinases are positive regulatory proteins of cell cycle, controlling the function of microtubule and promoting the mitosis.Different from normal tissues,there are high ectopic expression and genovariation of Nek family in many malignant tumors,which leads to abnormal cell cycle regulation and development of tumor..
