摘要
胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,其中60%～70%发生在胃,20%～30%发生在小肠。GIST通常存在酪氨酸受体激酶KIT(75%～80%)或血小板生长因子受体α(5%～10%)激活性突变,然后激发KIT或血小板生长因子受体α组成信号转导通路。GIST诊断和治疗方案的标准一直存在争议。现就GIST的诊断和治疗的研究进展予以综述。
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST） is the most frequent mesenchymal origin tumors in gastrointestinal tract,60%～70% in stomach and 20%～30% in small intestine.These tumors usually present tyrosine receptor kinase KIT （75%～80% ） or PDGFRα （5%～10%） active mutations.The subsequent activation of KIT and PDGFRα initiates the signal transduction.The diagnostic and therapeutic regimens always remain controversial,whose advances are reviewed in this paper.
