绝经妇女心血管疾病发病风险相关因素的研究进展

Progress of Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Postmenopausal

心血管疾病(CVD)是导致女性死亡的主要原因。女性CVD的预防已经逐渐变成女性CVD危险因素的预防。绝经女性CVD发病风险相关的危险因素包括:糖尿病、吸烟、不健康饮食、体质量超标、高血压、高血脂等。CVD严重危害妇女健康,现就近年来国内外有关绝经妇女的CVD发病风险相关因素及预防策略予以综述。

Cardiovascular disease （ CVD） is the main cause of mortality in women.Female CVD prevention has gradually turned into the prevention of CVD risk factors for women.The cardiovascular morbidity-related risk factors in postmenopausal women include diabetes,smoking,unhealthy diet,overweight,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia.CVD compromises women′s health.The research in cardiovascular morbidity-related risk factors and prevention strategies in postmenopausal women in recent years is reviewed in the paper.
