摘要 靶向微泡造影技术是通过静脉注射靶向微泡超声造影剂对体内组织器官微观病变进行分子水平的探测与显像,并可作为一种有效的基因或药物运载工具。靶向微泡造影剂的研究和应用,对组织、血栓及肿瘤的靶向显影应用前景广阔,在治疗中也显示出巨大的潜力。近几年来国内外对于靶向微泡造影技术的研究和应用也相当广泛。现就此项新技术在超声诊断与治疗中的进展予以综述。 The targeted microbubble contrast technology is used for the detection and imaging of micro-lesions in tissues and organs at the molecular level by the intravenous injection of the targeted microbubble ultrasound contrast agents,which can deliver vehicles as effective genes or drugs.The researches and applications of the targeted microbubble contrast agent have a broad prospect for the targeted imaging of tissues,tumors,thrombi.It also shows the great potential in the treatment.In recent years,the researches and applications of the targeted microbubble contrast technology are also quite popular.The article summaries the progress of this new ultrasonographic technology in diagnosis and treatment.
